Excerpt from 'Tropical Fish Yearns For Snow'

Nemo had always been fascinated by the stories his elders told of a distant land where the water turned solid and the air was filled with tiny, sparkling crystals. They called it "snow," and it sounded like a magical world unlike anything he had ever experienced.

"I wonder what it would be like to swim through snow," Nemo whispered to himself. "It must be so cold, but also so beautiful."

One day, Nemo couldn't resist his curiosity any longer. He gathered his courage and swam away from the safety of his coral reef, venturing into the unknown depths of the ocean. He had heard tales of dangerous creatures and treacherous currents, but he was determined to find the snow.

As Nemo swam deeper and deeper, the water grew colder and darker. He encountered strange and wonderful creatures, from glowing jellyfish to giant sea turtles. But still, there was no sign of snow.

Just when Nemo was about to give up hope, he saw something in the distance. It was a faint glimmer of light, like a thousand tiny stars. Nemo swam towards the light, his heart pounding with anticipation.

As he got closer, Nemo realized that he had found what he had been searching for. It was snow, covering the surface of the water like a blanket of white powder. Nemo had never seen anything so beautiful.

He swam through the snow, feeling the icy crystals melt on his scales. He looked up at the sky and saw the sun shining through the snow, creating a rainbow of colors. Nemo had never felt so happy and so alive.

In that moment, Nemo realized that his yearning for snow had been more than just a desire to see something new. It had been a longing for something more, a longing for the unknown and the magical. And now, his dream had come true.
